Shipping
Getting your order to you in a safe and efficient manner is always our priority.
We only use trackable methods of shipping, which means that you will be required to sign for your order when it is delivered. (So if you are not at home during the day, you may like to consider providing your work address for delivery).
We primarily use the Australia Post eParcel service, although we may on occasion use a courier depending upon the shipment and destination.
Your order will proceed to be packed once it has been confirmed and your payment has been received. Shipments are packed in the same order they are received, and in most cases your order will ship within 2 business days.
You will be sent a confirmation email when your order leaves us, and this includes tracking details which will allow you to track your order online.

How much will the freight/shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order and its destination.
Our website has a shipping estimator which allows you to see the cost of shipping prior to you committing to the order and checking out. Simply select your items and go to the shopping cart, where you will see your selected items. Enter your postcode in the space provided and the postage estimator will let you know what the shipping cost will be for that particular order. You may change the items in your shopping cart and re-estimate postage as many times as you like. (You may often find that larger orders are more economical in shipping costs than small orders are.) Then, when your order is complete, simply proceed to checkout as usual.
Can you ship your item using Express Post or a Courier Service?
Yes, these options are available on request. If you require these options please contact us direct, and we will provide a freight quotation.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Australia are generally delivered in 2 - 7 working days (please be aware, some remote locations may take longer). Melbourne metro area is generally the next business day delivery. Major cities in QLD and NSW, SA and Regional VIC are generally 2 - 3 business days, and WA 5 -7 days. These are estimates only and once your parcel leaves we have no control over how fast it is delivered.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my own (i.e. as a gift)?
Yes, our check out process allows you to provide your invoice address and also specify an alternative address for delivery if required.
